Change of Name Deed Service £40

For a fixed fee of only £40 our team can provide you with a fast and easy change of name process. We will send your Change of Name Deed to approve within 24 hours. Once you have approved it, the final official sealed Deed and information pack will be sent within 3 working days.

Marriage Certificate Search  £40

At the beginning of the divorce proceedings, the Court will require the original marriage certificate.  If the marriage certificate is not in your possession a replacement, or certified copy will need to be obtained from the Registrar’s Office.  We can obtain your UK marriage certificate for you. Tracing  Service £150

It is necessary to provide the Court with a  residential address for your spouse.  This will ensure the Court can serve the divorce documents and notify your spouse of the divorce proceedings.   If you do not have a current residential address for your spouse and no way of obtaining it,  we offer a comprehensive and effective tracing service.  The service is quick and a full report is included.   Once an address is confirmed we are able to apply to the Court for a divorce on your behalf.  The trace report can also be used as evidence for other Court applications which may become necessary. Will Writing Service – From £150

A Divorce affects Inheritance under a Will. Certificate Translation (p.o.a.)

If you were married outside the UK and your marriage certificate is not in English, the Court will require a full translation to support the original marriage certificate.  The translation must be provided by a suitably qualified professional translator. Court Applications from £120

If your divorce is complex additional Court applications make be required  to obtain your Decree Absolute.  We have experienced Lawyers on hand to advise you and to make the appropriate application to the Court to resolve the issues.  All our applications are fixed fee so you can budget and be confident that you will not pay unnecessary legal fees to obtain your divorce.
